30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to your first one-time purchase of a single box (60 Loads). Bundles and value packs (eg 180 loads, 360 loads) are not covered. Subscription purchases are not covered by the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. 

Please email support@planetok.co with your order number and reason for the refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds cover only the product price.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us immediately at support@planetok.co with photos and your order number. We’ll evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as needed.

 

Wrong Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs. We’ll contact you to arrange payment before resending your package.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of purcahse. Once the order enters fulfillment, cancellations may no longer be possible.
